A.K.A:  GJ, Gliese

Position:  He is an ocean planet (with some rocky areas) located in the Ophiuchus constellation.

Height: 6’7”

Weight: 230 LBS

Gender: Male ( However, no one is really sure of GJ's gender...they presume that he is a male due to the masculine features of his suit, but his real gender is debatable)

Personality Traits: GJ 1214b is a very uplifting, funny, and a friendly individual, the type that brings humorous relief to conversations or changes serious topics into heart-lifting ones. He fearlessly enjoys sharing his corny jokes, and bringing whatever laughter he can bring to those around him through his silly actions and weird, but amusing behaviors. In this sense, he can be awkward at times, but his cheery and bubbly personality and sudden bursts of ridiculous laughter allows him to get over those moments and introduce funny topics instead. He enjoys singing random tunes, and greatly appreciates music, expressing his emotions through songs and through the tone of his voice. It has been said that his love for music comes from his sorrow of being alone. Never having the chance to listen to other individual’s voice, which he would love to, he would listen to his own for a somewhat satisfying, but sad entertainment. However, GJ 1214b can also get nosy into other’s conversations, often getting shunned for his persistent annoyance and presence. Yet, his perkiness brings him back to his usual happy self again.

GJ 1214b is also be very curious and invade other people's privacy, and many times has he unintentionally harassed others with his inappropriate contacts and comments. He appears comfortable and untroubled in pointing out certain features of individuals, especially the breast and private areas. In this way, GJ 1214b is very, very affectionate, and can get a little over the top without knowing himself. Although many would say that he is perverted, in honesty, he is not, as it is only his curiosity about the body forms of others that moves him to investigate other individual’s bodies.

His body structure: GJ 1214b presents masculine features, thanks to the suit that he wears, which shapes the form of his body. His legs appear slightly leaner than that of his companions, but size and shape is variable depending on his will. His body is completely composed of water that shapes itself upon his desire, but it is mostly capsuled inside his suit (you can see little bubbles floating to the top on some parts of his body visible from the suit). He sometimes allows his fluid to freely ‘spill’ from his suit through his hands, which are actually his water shaped like a hand and then covered with a glove. The water seeps from a small, round opening on a cap-like structure, which screws on top of his wrist.

Guardian/ moons/ satellites: He orbits his host star, GJ 1214. His host star does not care much for him, and for this, GJ 1214b feels as though he is essentially alone.

Base Power: GJ 1214b is an excellent swimmer, great surfer, and can envelope his victims in his own water ( GJ's fluid is not necessarily water, but an unique liquid that has similar properties to water), drowning them on the spot. He can also burst his enemies by force feeding them with excessive water and exploding them shortly. He excels in all swimming strokes, but he performs 'butterflies' and 'breast strokes' the best.

GJ 1214b is most noted for his ability to ‘dissolve’ his victims in his fluid and to ‘cut’ them by shooting beams of water ( a.k.a. his fluid) at very high speed. He can also shape his water into any inanimate object, which he can control move according to his will. Through this, he can make weapons of his choice.  GJ 1214b prefers to fight on water, where he can be flexible with his abilities and can perform underwater surprise attacks. He tries to avoid hand-to-hand combat, as he is very careful not to have his suit be broken or leak. 

This ability to move liquid by will also gives GJ another helping "hand" (as seen above). Since he can control the size and volume of his fluid, he can cause strong damages by increasing the size and force of his fluids. However, this is limited as he has a limited amount of fluid...if the environment he fights in contains lots of fluids, then he has a good advantage in battle. His fluid can also be used as a flexible "shield" during battle. His hurricanes can create a strong barrier, while his whirlpools traps his victims and creates a dangerous battle ground (in fluid-based environments). 

Some people note how the sparkles in GJ's fluid sometimes resemble the sparkles of the stars of the universe. This is because GJ, like 79 Ceti b, has some power in teleportation. Where this power originates from is only known to him, and this power of his takes many people by surprise for people have believed that being able to control fluids and such were his only abilities. His teleportation power is not as strong as Ceti's, but he can teleport to some places by enveloping himself (or others) in his own fluid (the universe-like look of his fluid shows how he can travel to certain parts of outer space). This power does not drown his victims, but rather ensures a safe journey to the destination.

GJ's fluid also glows (as seen above) to reflect his mood, to show that it is his liquid (which can only be controlled by him), and to give off light when needed. A difference between GJ's fluid and a regular water is that GJ's fluid glows depending on GJ's mood. This glowing light also gives guidance to Ceti's crew when traveling in dark environments and sometimes, after his rains, his dew gives off a lovely rainbow.

Closest Companions: GJ 1214b did not have any friends to start off with before he met 79 Ceti b.  However, after meeting and joining the crew, he befriends them all brightly and ends up being the closest to 79 Ceti b and Cece. Ever since GJ met Carbide, the two instantly became great and close friends. They seem to understand the needs of each other, and they look out for one another in battles. Carbide and GJ are often found hanging out together.

Hatred: GJ 1214b does not have any hatred towards anybody, but being greatly despised by Algol, he does not get along with him all too well (though he tries to improve their friendship and is upbeat about it).

GJ 1214b’s Background: Like 79 Ceti b, GJ 1214b was a lonely individual, exploring much of his own planet by himself. When rare visitors did come to his planet, they would drown in his large bodies of waters, and when he tried to help, many panicked by his queer appearance, flailed, and died. To this day, GJ 1214b sometimes thinks about what he could have done to save those victims.

One day, GJ 1214b earned the chance to meet 79 Ceti b and his crew after they crashed through the atmosphere and fortunately landed on the rocky land. Having recruited everyone, they all gathered and got to meet GJ 1214b, whom, at first impression, believed Ceti was a female, only to discover that it was the opposite.

Having never met a female before, GJ 1214b later shared with Ceti that his ultimate wish is to meet the girl of his dream, marry with her, have a family, and live happily ever after.

Inspired by his dream, Ceti suggests GJ 1214b to join his crew to meet various people along their journey, which may allow GJ 1214b to find his soul mate, instead of waiting for someone to come to him. Excited and hopeful, GJ 1214b agreed to join the team and accompany them along their journey.

Encounter with Earth: GJ 1214b has never met Earth before, but he has heard about her from his host star, who is 42 light years away from the Sun. He was fascinated by how her planet sustained life with water, and within his many wish lists, he hoped to meet her someday.
